Brains are becoming a commodity: a new frontier model every few months, prices falling, providers interchangeable. What isn't a commodity is the memory an agent builds of one person over years. Today that memory sits in the vendor's cloud and only works with the vendor's model. We think people will want to own it.
Why now
In September and October 2026, OpenAI, xAI, Anthropic and Meta each launched an always-on personal agent. Each keeps the agent's memory in its own cloud and runs it on its own model. The category is validated, and so is the lock-in.
The gap
None of them documents a way to take the agent's memory elsewhere or swap the model under it. In the EU, some aren't even sold to consumers yet. Professionals who care where their work and their clients' data are stored have no option that is also easy.
Our answer
A turnkey box (1 or 2 TB) running a personal agent on an open-source core. You talk to it on Telegram or another chat app of your choice. It imports your history from OpenAI and Anthropic, keeps memory, chats and files on the box, filters what leaves, and borrows any cloud brain via OpenAI Codex or OpenRouter.
