A small box on your desk that runs your own AI assistant. You message it like a colleague. It handles the inbox, invoices, research and follow-ups.
It learns how you work and keeps that on the box, not on someone else's servers. When a job needs a frontier model, it borrows one from the provider you choose, with your personal details masked first.
“Meet your agent” opens an interactive preview that runs in your browser. It is not connected to a live inteligentia device.
A day with your agent
This is a normal workday once the busywork goes to your agent. It all happens in the chat app you already use. Tap a time to jump.
Good morning. Three meetings today, the first at 10:00 with Northwind.
Two emails need you: Dan asks about the contract, and Acme's invoice is 12 days late (€2,400).
Send Acme a reminder. Polite but firm.
Drafted in your usual tone. Review and send

Northwind in 15 minutes. Last time you agreed on launch week 12–19 July, budget €2,400.
News since then: they're hiring a head of marketing. Might be worth asking who'll own the launch.
Good catch. Anything unpaid?
No, they're all paid up.

Got it. Notes saved under Northwind. Three to-dos:
1. Revised quote by Thursday
2. Intro them to your designer
3. Follow-up call next week
The follow-up email is drafted, and I held Wednesday 11:00 for the call. Review

No new app. It's a contact in Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal or Slack, on your phone and your laptop.
Import your conversations from ChatGPT and Claude, so it starts out knowing you.
Connect OpenAI Codex or OpenRouter with your own account. Switch whenever you like, and keep everything it learned.
What it does
Think of a sharp assistant who lives in your chat app. Ask in plain words, send a voice note, or give it a schedule. It does the job and comes back with the result.
Every morning, 8:00
Today's meetings, the emails that need you and the invoices due this week, waiting before your coffee.
Before a call
Who they are, what you last agreed, what they still owe you and what's new at their company.
After a call
Talk for a minute on your way out. You get the notes, the to-dos and a follow-up email ready for you to send.
Your inbox
It flags what's urgent, files receipts and drafts replies in your tone. Nothing goes out until you say so.
Your money
It drafts invoices from your hours, chases the unpaid ones with you and checks payments against your spreadsheet.
In the background
Competitor news, new tenders, a price drop, a page that changes. It only pings you when something actually happened.
Research
Market scans, competitor comparisons, lead lists. Every claim comes with a link, so you can check it.
Over time
Walk it through your month-end once. It saves the steps, and next time “do the month-end” is enough.
We connect the ones you need when we set up your box. Some need an account of your own.
Plus hundreds of skills and connectors from the open-source community, from web research to building spreadsheets and decks.
Privacy
Most answers come from the box itself. When a question needs a bigger model, only the question travels, with names, numbers and addresses masked. The real values stay on the box and are put back into the answer there.
Draft a reply to Maria Popescu: she can pay invoice RO-2024-117 for €4,800 in two parts, by 15 December.
Draft a reply to [PERSON_1]: she can pay invoice [INVOICE_1] for [AMOUNT_1] in two parts, by [DATE_1].
Dear Maria Popescu, thank you for your message. Paying €4,800 in two parts by 15 December works for me…
The names, numbers and dates are swapped for placeholders before anything leaves, and put back on the box when the answer returns. The provider never sees who you're writing to.
[PERSON_1]Not 100% private, and we won't pretend otherwise. Minimum exposure, by design, and no lock-in.
Why a box
You could rent an AI chatbot, or build an agent yourself on a server. Here's what changes when it lives on your desk.
Already in use
The agent on the box is built on Hermes Agent, an open-source project with a large community. A few of their write-ups, in their own setups and words. They are not inteligentia customers.
A physician
Records a voice memo after each case and gets back the hand-over notes, the referral letter and the plan. Estimates it saves 30 to 45 minutes per case.
doctorswhocode.blog ↗A three-person software studio
Got a 45-page competitor analysis in hours and background research on 24 leads. “A partner, not an oracle”: it drafts, they decide.
halfbitstudio.com ↗An app maker
Gmail and calendar connected, and the weekly sales report lands in Telegram every Monday morning without being asked.
rumjahn.substack.com ↗A marketing consultant
Runs daily team check-ins and answers on WhatsApp through it. “Two weeks in, Hermes is the best hire I have made all year.”

We'd rather show you a clear map than a glossy promise. This list changes as we build, and we update it here.
The box & price
No. The box comes set up. You pair it with your chat app and start talking to it. Connecting your email, calendar and apps is something we do with you, not something you configure in a terminal.
The box is a one-time purchase. Everyday work runs on the box itself. For the questions that need a frontier model, you pay your chosen provider directly, and only for what you use. You can set a spending cap with your provider, so there are no surprises.
Your memory, chats and files stay on the box. When a question needs the cloud, only that question leaves, with names, numbers and addresses masked. It's not 100% private and we won't pretend it is, but it's the least exposure we know how to build. Read exactly what leaves, or test it yourself.
Not unless you let it. By default it drafts and you approve: emails, invoices and anything that leaves your name on it wait for your tap.
Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, email and SMS. Most people start with Telegram, because it's the quickest to pair.
Your box keeps working. The agent at its core is open source, your memory and files are on your desk, and you hold the accounts with your chat app and AI provider. Nothing depends on us staying around.
Nothing. It's free, with no card. It holds your place for the tier you pick, and you hear from us before orders open. You pay only if you decide to order, after seeing the full terms.
The first boxes go to people on the list. Reserving is free and takes ten seconds.
